Firstly, test the microphone(s) on your Samsung device by speaking into it and seeing if you can clearly hear what you spoke.

2. Tap on the Settings icon.

1. Restart your Samsung phone

Ensure you are allowing the apps to access the microphone on your Samsung phone. If you are not, you can’t expect the phone mic to work.
1. Go to Settings on your Samsung phone.
2. Go to Apps.
3. At the top right, tap on three circles.
4. Click on the Permission Manager option.
5. Tap on Microphone.
You will see a list of apps that have access to the microphone. If the app you’re trying to use with your microphone does not have permission here, you need to enable it such that the app can use the device’s microphone.
6. Simply, Enable it for apps you want to use with your microphone.
5. Disconnect the external microphone
If all other methods don’t work, it could be possible that your phone is trying to use a different microphone than your internal microphone.
If that’s the case, you would need to disconnect any Bluetooth device that might be connected to your phone, because it could be you trying to use the microphone on the Bluetooth device.
Furthermore, if you have a headphone jack or like if you wear earbuds typically, we would suggest taking the earbuds, inserting the headphone jack, and taking it out.
Do that a couple of times because your phone could be trying to use the headphones on the earbuds even though they’re not actually plugged in, but your phone might see them plugged in.
